notes: made for seekingferret for Festivids 2018 Also at AO3. For those now interested in checking out the show, it is a half hour comedy baking competition on Netflix, where amateur bakers are given challenges way above their skill level, and shenanigans ensue. It's very good natured and I love it a lot. seekingferret requested something about the joy of failure, so really there was only one possible song choice.

Hercules (1997)

My favourite Disney film as a kid. Hercules is such a good precious awkward muffin, and I adore the rest of the characters as well. An ensemble vid would be wonderful, and so would a vid focusing on any of the characters - a Hades vid would be amazing!

Buffy the Vampire Slayer

I believe the first four seasons are eligible? I'd love pretty much anything here - character study, action vid, comedy, whatever moves you. I love all the women on this show and would be delighted with any Buffy/Faith or Willow/Tara. I would prefer something not focused on Spike (part of an ensemble is fine).

Legends of the Hidden Temple

Pretty sure I haven't watched this in twenty years, but I loved it when I lived in the US as a kid. The Purple Parrots were always my favourites.

Star Trek

If you have any ideas for a multiple source 90s Trek vid I would be delighted! Some of my favourite themes/tropes in Trek include time travel, holodeck hijinks, identity issues, and parallel universes/timelines, if you feel inspired to explore those across the shows or any one of them I would love that.

Deep Space Nine

Some of my favourite ships include Bashir/Garak, Dax/Kira and Kira/Miles/Keiko. I also enjoy all the major canon ships. Characters I'd especially enjoy a character study vid for include Jadzia, Sisko, Jake and Worf. I really just love this whole show, so vid as your heart moves you.

Voyager

Rewatching this recently, I deeply appreciate how few fucks Janeway gives in so many situations. I'd love a vid about her charging headfirst through the Delta quadrant. I also especially love Tuvok, Seven, B'Elanna and Kes. I'd also love something about Naomi Wildman, who is a very precious cupcake.

The Next Generation

This show is like comfort food for the soul. I love all of the main cast, as well as Guinan and Ro Laren. I'd love something about Geordi and Data or Picard and Guinan.
