I used to be - I was raised Catholic and was very devout up until my early teens. I broke up with Catholicism for a whole number of complicated reasons, went through a time of being generally theistic, but now I'm more or less a confirmed atheist. I always feel kind of awkward saying that because I don't subscribe to the Dawkins-esque school of 'zomg religion is inherently evil and religious people are morons' in the slightest.

Atheism comes in many forms (kinda like religion). I've been raised humanist, which is an atheist branch, but I'm definitely atheist without the humanist angle, so.. Hi, there! I have my issues with religion, but I like religious people just as well as non-religious ones :).
