Writing trouble & a drabble
Soo, I'm getting quite stuck into this James fic now, except that I can't for the life of me make the boy do something now he's made a decision. At the rate this is going he'll never get it together with Lily, and then where will we be? Doing far more productive things with our time than pontificating about some wizard books, I suspect.
Anyway, in lieu of that I drabbled on a couple of far more malleable types:
Summer's End
Remus/Sirius
PG, 160 words
The sunlight falls through the tree-shadows, dripping onto Remus in spiralling patterns. Hints of autumn creep over his head, faint veins of auburn and tints of gold. The wind sighs, a wise acceptance that summer is almost over. The birds still sing, unaware that their dominion of these shores has almost ended for another year. A last day of stillness, before they must all duck into cooler climes, armed with jumpers and scarves and bracing warm meals, before flinging themselves out the other side into spring.
But there is now, a day between seasons, when hopes and fears are whispered into earth, their sturdy guardian. A heartbeat could change it all.
And Sirius moves, with more certainty than Remus thinks he’ll ever have, and Remus’ strange thoughts soon drift away like writing in the sky, to be replaced by muttered words, a warm mouth and a lightly twisting feeling he has not yet learned to call love.
The new season is here.

(James is a tricky bastard, isn't he? I'm working on a fic with him too and he is refusing to have an awkward conversation he needs to have. Good luck with him! :D)

(Yes, he's a slippery one and no mistake. Good luck yourself!)

Well, errr. BASICALLLYYYY... My rpg just finished resolving a bit of ooc drama (two real life friends just split. All resolved but they've parted ways) and we're in need of new characters, fresh faces, more FUN! hahahahaa.
We've got loads of characters available so... HEH.

Do I read that rightly? You currently have no James? Because that strikes me as a travesty! So, I'm going to go and have a proper peruse of all of that, but I'm definitely interestd.
