Well, the first story I watched was The Five Doctors, which is kind of an odd place to start but it worked for me on account of the fact that I knew most of the Doctors and companions by osmosis. I also highly recommend the Douglas Adams-penned City of Death (Four & Romana) as well as Genesis of the Daleks (Four, Sarah Jane & Harry), Black Orchid (Five, Nyssa, Tegan & Adric) and The Curse of Fenric (Seven & Ace), but that's based on my pretty limited viewing experience.
