Harry Potter
01. The first character I fell in love with: Hermione! She was a kindred spirit for me as a kid.
02. The character I never expected to love as much as I do now: Neville. I mostly felt sorry for him to start with, as clearly I was blind to his utter awesome.
03. The character everyone else loves that I don't: Snape. Well, not that everyone loves him, but I am decidedly not a fan. See my fondness for the above two characters for reasons why, heh.
04. The character I love that everyone else hates: Ginny! She is a total badass and also, you know, a teenage girl who likes to date boys sometimes. That is okay with me.
05. The character I used to love but don't any longer: Honestly? No one. I basically just ignore the later bits of canon I don't like. *g*
06. The character I would shag anytime: Lily, with the awesome, and the hair.
07. The character I want to be like: Can I grow up to be McGonagall? Would that be allowed?
08. The character I'd slap: Draco, jeez.

I've thought a couple of times that I should try to read a Harry/Hermione fic, because a friend is really into it and it seems an important thing to do to get HP fandom as a whole. But I just can't. It's not that I can't stand the pairing, it's just that I really don't care to work out how it works.
