The BBC have made an awesome casting announcement for this year's Christmas Special.

RIVER'S COMING BACK!

I am SO delighted omg. I have missed her! Her last episode was just too sad! And it seemed criminal to not have Kingston and Capaldi ever play off each other. I can't wait to see a new Doctor react to River, when this time he knows her so well. I foresee FEELINGS. Angry Scottish feelings. :D

There's going to be a Pond back in the TARDIS again. \o/
