Thanks! You mean the clip with Eleven throwing the Seal of the High Council of Gallifrey up and catching it? It's from The Time of the Doctor, when the Doctor needs to translate the message coming out of the crack - the Doctor casually mentions how he 'nicked it off the Master in the Death Zone' and it's amazing. He's just been carrying it around this whole time. Probably take it out to fondle it lovingly from time to time.
