Personally, my bet is that Clara is a perfectly normal human, and the version of her that we've gotten to know the past month or so is the original. And, somehow or another through timey wimey means, different versions of herself are going to end up being spread throughout time and space.

We'll know on Saturday, though. :)

I can see the logic of many (potentially contradictory) theories, but the one I think has the most weight is that she somehow created more "hers" during "Journey to the Centre of the TARDIS."

All of the above, or at least four of them, as per River. Possibly made by something and remade by herself. But also completely normal and human, at least originally.
Oh hang on, she's done that already. Starts human, rewritten by Daleks/Great Intelligence, rewrites herself. (I fought the Daleks and I am human/I can find them in under 5 minutes)
