I just watched the impossible astronaut/day of the moon and I think that Amy wasn't kidnapped when she visited the orphanage, but rather during the three months she was running around America by herself. Because even Karen Gillian would show at five months pregnant, or the minimum she would be at that point in time (given that before she and Rory get the invitations about two months after the wedding (which is when the doctor figures the baby was conceived).
