* FASHION STAREDOWN: Any or all Doctors / Time Lords / Ladies vs Lwaxana Troi.

* I'm a Doctor, Not a Time Lord: Rory Williams and/or Martha Jones and/or Harry Sullivan, or any other medically trained companions you can recall, versus / teaming up with any or all of the Trek doctors.

* Odo (DS9) meets the Brigadier, probably for an extended grumble-fest about the Niner crew and the Doctor (probably Three) respectively. :-) Tea optional.

* Rose Tyler teams up with Wesley Crusher. If you're in a meta mood, possibly they take on the haters, and it would be nice if they were awesome - but feel free to throw whatever interpretation you want at this. (And any of my others, of course! :D)

Guinan is actually a Time Lord.

I don't know if I can manage a whole fic, but I offer several possible approaches in case one of them inspires someone else:

1. All of the El-Aurians, Guinan's (canonically mysterious and long-lived) people, are Time Lords.
1a. Therefore, the villain of Generations is also a Time Lord.
1b. Therefore, the story told in "Q Who" about the destruction and scattering of Guinan's people is actually about the Time Lords.

2. None of the other El-Aurians are Time Lords. Guinan is only half El-Aurian on her mother's side.
2a. Which prompts an obvious speculation about her father's side, and whether she has, for instance, any half-brothers.

* Artificial people trapped in small spaces/Name confusion: The holographic Doctor from VOY meets the android Master from Scream of the Shalka

*Archeology: Picard and Bernice Summerfield (accept no River Song substitutes, but Vash is welcome)

*Diplomatic Relations: Gallifrey interacting with any race from the Star Trek universe (although Romulans, Cardassians, the Great Link or the Q Continuum would be especially cool)

*Villains: the Master teaming up with any villainous race from the Star Trek universe

TNG/Old School Who: Guinan and Romana (either) have adventures

Voy/Old School Who: B'Elanna thinks she'll never fit in at Starfleet Academy, until she meets Ace.

Not a fill, but I have a rec for your second prompt. This Data-meets-Rory ficlet is really cute. Bimo wrote it for me during the Multiverse fic fest last year.

DS9/Old or New Who - The Doctor on Cardassia, meeting all these courtly, saturnine, slightly evil people who're given to overcomplicated plans and flirting-via-bickering and being reminded of his own evil ex-boyfriend best enemy. Bonus points if it's a Doctor from an era when the Master is dead (no, really, he's gone forever this time, we swear!) e.g. Five, Eight, Ten, Eleven.

Extra super major bonus points if he meets a young Elim Garak and leads him into doing something noble (from the Doctor's perspective), thereby sabotaging his promising career in the Obsidian Order.

Any Doctor/DS9 - Five times a Doctor met a Dax.

Multi-era Who/DS9 - The Department of Temporal Investigations's file on the Doctor, and/or any other Who characters.

Classic Who/TNG & DS9 - As a young woman, still forming her fashion sense, Lwaxana Troi was companion to the Sixth Doctor.
