So I totally understand and indeed agree with all the objections to the sketchy sci-fi pregnancy plot - I'm squicked by it too. But I don't want to talk about it in this post; I shall read other people's stuff next week.

I just. Meta/Doylist considerations aside, I JUST WANT THEM ALL TO BE OKAY OMG. I LOVE THEM SO MUCH AND EVERYTHING IS TERRIBLE AND AMYYYYY. BE OKAY, HONEY. PLEASE BE OKAY.

Oh god, all the feelings. I also really enjoyed the episode pre-reveal, especially things like Miranda's character arc and the amazingness that is Eleventy times two. :DDD

And then it goes awaaaay after next week, I am so not prepared for this. But I really hope at least some stuff gets resolved before the cliffhanger of doom - particularly, if Amy does not get rescued and there are not epic reunionating hugs until SEPTEMBER, I may expire.

Yeah, I totally understand! I AM STILL QUITE STRESSED OUT TO BE HONEST. I mean, you could watch most of this two parter and pause before the last five minutes or so if you wanted.

In other news: The Doctor called Rory 'Rory Pond' and 'Roranicus.' Which is an adorable way to tell someone they're in trouble.

I am 100% positive that Amy will be rescued and reunited with Rory at least before next week's cliffhanger. Of course they might all wind up in more peril, again, but I really don't think they'll keep her in the scary box with white walls. She's just too much fun interacting with the other characters, and the plot does seem to be moving a fairly rapid clip--I think the baby will be, at the very least, born next week, which will change Amy's position considerably.

River and Roranicus will rescue her! I'm sure of it! KEEP THE FAITH!

I wish that I could write a script for Dreamwidth that would auto-post "YES. All of these things that you have said." on each of your DW posts. Because I think it could really save me some time.

They just have to rescue Amy. They just have to! All of the feelings and all of the hugs for all of the Ponds!
