So sometimes on Valentine's Day I have a gen story ready to post, but sadly I do not this year. However, I would be up for writing some commentfic this evening!

Leave a comment with a fandom, two or more characters, and a prompt of some kind, and I'll see what I can do! Friendships, rivalries, coworkers, families, all non-romantic kinds of relationships are a go.

Fandoms: New Doctor Who, Harry Potter, Torchwood (pre-CoE), Merlin, SGA, A:TLA, Firefly, Legend of the Seeker, Star Trek Reboot, Fringe (note: am an episode behind), White Collar. Crossovers allowed!

Toph & Iroh, first day of spring

The ground feels amazing today. Toph lies down in the little garden Iroh's cultivated at the back of the Jasmine Dragon and luxuriates in the feeling of growth that's all around here. Her feet tingle, and she hums happily to herself as she feels out the flowers starting to peep out of the ground.

Iroh comes out to join after a while, a hot pot of tea in hand. She tells him about how the ground feels, and he tells her about how the blossom looks with its bright colours. They both enjoy the taste of the tea and the smell of spring.
