It is time for fic! I mean, don't get me wrong, I will totally be thrilled with plotty gen season codas and introspective character and relationship pieces and all the other things fandom does that make the show sound much smarter than it is! But let's be honest, here's a list of the things I really want:

+ the one where Morgana nurses her girlfriend sister girlfriend tenderly back to health in the woods, and also where they raise their magical fempreg baby. (I was thinking it, and I know I am not alone!)

+ The one where the new knights pledge their loyalty to Arthur if you know what I mean and I think that you do.

+ The one where the new knights pledge their loyalty to Merlin and/or Gwen, if you know what etc etc.

+ Lancelot/Merlin/Gwaine, because Merlin needs cuddles from his hot knight boyfriends who appreciate him.

+ Lancelot/Merlin/Gwen - like Arthur said, that's justice, freedom, and all that's good right there.

+ Lancelot/Gwen/Arthur. Obviously.

(What? Lancelot was sad in the finale, he needs cuddles and makeouts!)

+ Merlin/Freya/Excalibur. I know frigg's with me here.

+ Gwaine/Elyan - adorable and snarky, amirite?

+ Lancelot/Gwaine/Elyan, just because.

Also all the awesome things people brainstormed for this month's kinkelot. (Penetration kink: object penetration, fisting, double penetration, etc.)

Speaking of, did you all see zephre's awesome art, Courage, Strength and Magic? (Arthur/Merlin/Gwaine, explicit) So gorgeous!

I would write something short for the penetration kink, but obv I'm ignoring Seasons 2 & 3, and my Merlin plotbunnies are distressingly uncooperative at the moment :-/ . Maybe I'll see if any Lancelot bunnies ambush me while I'm rewatching Season 1.

Maybe I can conjure up a sequel to 'Between us three and the bedpost'. *ponders* But who would do what to whom? And with what power dynamics? I've been unable to plot out porn properly for weeks - it's as if I used up my yearly quota of porny inspiration for daily_deviant and kink_bingo, so now I'm left writing fics about the characters snuggling and drinking hot chocolate.

The one and only thing I want right now, universe, is the fic where Gwen gets knighted along with the boys. Because DUH THAT TOTALLY HAPPENED GUYS. COME ON.
