Actually, when I was in Boston I saw a group of girls in the street who looked like bridesmaids, but all in neon! They were wearing dresses like the ones in this video, but each a different neon colour, and holding flowers of a different neon colour. They looked snazzy! And also in a hurry. I'd like to think they were about to do something like that.
