Hello, festividder! Optional details are optional, but if some more info would be helpful then here it is.
Some kinds of vids that I like include: vids that explore the world of the source, swishy dancey action vids, emotional character-driven vids, vids about awesome women whether focused on one individual or a group of them, vids about people who love each other, vids exploring big thematic ideas and imagery, vids about comedy hijinx.
All of the sources I've requested are very dear to my heart in different ways, and seeing one of them come to life in your vid is going to be awesome, I'm so excited. Musically, I haven't met a genre you can't make an awesome vid out of.
Some other bits and pieces that I like - parallels, characters growing into their own awesomeness, hugs, montages, pretty fight sequences, pretty dance sequences, big emotions, sentimentality, meta analysis.

Moana (Disney, 2016) [SAFETY]
Such a beautiful film! I love the animation and Moana's journey.
Crazy Ex-Girlfriend
Oh this show. I love Rebecca so much in all of her flaws and poor decisions and moments of triumph. I would be thrilled by a vid about her, or an ensemble vid, or a dance vid, or anything focused on Paula, Valencia, Heather, Josh or White Josh. I don't have any strong ship feelings but am happy for them to be included.
Critical Role (Web Series)
Any kind of constructed reality vid for this would be wonderful, or something short using existing animated footage would be super cool too! I've watched both campaigns and will be up to date on campaign 2 so go wild.
My Brother My Brother and Me (TV)
This was such a ridiculous, charming show and I'd be thrilled with anything you wanted to vid for it.
Schitt's Creek
I love this show! I'll be fully caught up by go-live. I love David and Patrick, I love Alexis, I love Moira, I love Jocelyn, I love everyone in this weird lovely town. I'd prefer minimal Roland but I don't mind if he's part of an ensemble vid.
Star Trek: Discovery
Oh gosh, so many feelings all over the place. I love everyone on this starship! Particularly faves include Michael, Tilly and Stamets. I love the continuing messiness of the Sarek-Amanda-Spock family drama, Michelle Yeoh having the time of her life, and Pike was super charming. If you wanted to bring in other Trek canons into your vid I'd be very into that.
The Adventure Zone (Podcast)
I'm really not sure how you'd vid this, but I'd love to see the results! Any campaign, any characters, I just love them.
