So it's that time again, where Doctor Who gets plastered all over everything and fans bemoan the Beeb's terrible photoshop skills.

The US's Entertainment Weekly have put out a couple of covers, which are far from the worst I've seen this go round but I'm posting mostly because I can't stop laughing at the first one.

I HAVE SO MANY QUESTIONS. Was that photo taken while Matt was in mid-fall? Is he attempting to look cool? How do his limbs even work? And then there's his Cyber friend, who is ... at a disco?

To be fair, this ridiculousness is fairly par for the course.

I adoring the fanart that's resulting from it. <3 It's the adventures of the Doctor and his pocket!Companion. xD (oh gods- I keep forgetting that I'm about the same height as JLC, or slightly shorter.)

I keep forgetting that Matt is actually pretty tall - with him and Karen and Arthur all being roughly the same height I sort of lost track.

You should have a Who party. There could be themed drinks?

Nope, that's Tony in a Cyberman cosplay. He... didn't actually make too many changes from the Iron Man suit besides getting rid of the paint job and changing the helmet. After that he got kind of distracted.
