This week's Merlin was just REALLY REALLY WEAK. And I'm the sort of person who usually loves the mindless squee and doesn't bother much about the plot... but honestly, a FARTING TROLL? I don't even want to go into all the misogynist implications of that...

And the way that Morgana and Gwen were marginalised -- it just makes NO SENSE! Obviously they must both have opinions about what's going down, so why don't we know about them? Why aren't Morgana and Gwen either working with or against Merlin-- especially since this would be a great opportunity for Morgana to explore her newfound powers in some way (I can't believe that Morgana would accept this easily, I JUST CAN'T).
