As ever, small fluffy animals are a known remedy in these troubling times. Waking up to some in my inbox tomorrow would be a wonderful way to start the day. <3

I'm here via thingswithwings! Never let it be said that I let an opportunity to show off pictures of my cat pass by. I thought I would share the saga of Olaf And The Banana Slug. :)

Once upon a time there was a house in the forest. The house had deer in the forest nearby, and raccoons, and because it was in the woods of the Pacific Northwest, had the occasional banana slug.

One day a banana slug oozed up onto the glass pane of the study doors. Olaf the cat, being in the study, for his humans were playing a game known as World of Not Letting The Cat Chew On Your Microphone Craft, spotted the banana slug straightaway.



It was clear to Olaf that the banana slug was of great interest, and so he pawed at the glass, attempting to catch the slug.



The banana slug seemed as though it would make very tasty noms.



Fortunately for all involved, Olaf was not able to catch the banana slug. Damn you, glass pane!
