This is lovely. I especially liked the first shot of Amy, at 1:29, floating in space; the use of the stars as seen by Vincent; the clips of the Doctor and Amy and their heads touching, followed by the line "to give a kiss goodnight" and then we see him kiss Amelia on the forehead; the shot of Eleven picking up Amelia; and, of course, the ending.
