via... lgbtfest maybe? Oh and quibbler report.

So I've liked a couple of your stories so far ("The Rumour Mill" and "Cold Victory") but wanted to leave a comment here to say I also got sniffly at this one. Actually all of the sections are poignant! Hermione's longing for another world; Luna's relationship with her father (I think I could read Luna and Xenophilus stories all day and not get tired); Lavender's longing for a divination which is ultimately so disrespected; and of course Neville's grandmother calling herself stupid for needing a moment to cry. The sense of generations, their burdens and their joys, is really strong in this story. It felt like good-enough families feel: rueful and regretful and hopeful, with a lot of sorrow mixed in to the pride and joy.

I have a ton of other windows of your stories open right now and am really looking forward to reading. Thanks for these.
