final cut = awesome! you are going to love this beautiful new world, my friend, I promise! Though I have to admit that there are many many things about final cut that I do not understand. :0

I highly recommend emeek77's video tutorials on youtube - he does great final cut tutorials that are neither beginners-pablum nor so-complicated-I-have-no-clue, and he shows you every step.
